🌸 1. Overview

At Trendygals.in, we strive to provide you with high-quality fashion, accessories, and lifestyle products that you’ll love.
However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns, exchanges, and refunds.

This policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted and refunds are processed.

📦 2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

• The tags, packaging, and invoice are intact.

• The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery.

• Hygiene-based products (innerwear, beauty, etc.) are non-returnable.

If any damaged / defective/ exchanged /replacement products are inspected and accepted then it will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days

🔄 3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

• Wrong size

• Damaged or defective item

• Wrong product received

Exchange Process:

1. Contact us via girls@trendygals.in within 3 days of delivery.

2. Share your order ID, reason, and product images.

3. Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the product.

4. After inspection, your replacement will be shipped within 5–7 working days.

Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the product is unavailable, a refund will be initiated instead.

💰 4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only when:

• The product is returned successfully after quality inspection.

• The return request meets all eligibility conditions.

Refund Timelines:

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once the return product is received it will be inspected, and the return will be approved within 2 days. Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank’s processing cycle.

🧾 5. Return Process

1. Email girls@trendygals.in or Whatsapp 8667703443 to raise a return request.

2. Mention the order ID, issue, and attach 2–3 clear images.

3. Our team will verify and approve the return within 24–48 hours.

4. Once approved, a pickup will be arranged by our logistics partner.

5. The product will be inspected, and a refund or exchange will be initiated within 3–7 business days.

6. Hygiene-based products (innerwear, beauty, etc.) are non-returnable.

⚠️ 6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

If you receive:

• A damaged or defective product, or

• A product different from what was ordered, Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery at girls@trendygals.in with unboxing or product images. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too

🚚 7. Try-at-Home Orders (Coming Soon)

For Try-at-Home customers:

• Items not selected during trial are returned immediately to the delivery agent.

• Once payment is completed for selected products, standard return and exchange policy applies.

• Hygiene-based products (innerwear, beauty, etc.) are non-returnable.

💬 8. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

• Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

• Prepaid order cancellations will be refunded within 3–5 working days.

🧠 9. Non-Compliance Cases

Trendygals reserves the right to refuse returns if:

• The item is used, damaged, or missing original tags.

• The return request is raised beyond 3 days.

• Frequent return abuse is detected.
